Unlike flat, traditional ledwalls, a curved ledwall is a digital display composed of modules arranged to create a nonlinear surface. The curvatures can be concave to form a panoramic, enveloping screen or convex in which the edges of the screen move away from the viewer.
The possibility of making curved screens is now built into almost all LED models to the extent that mounting a flat or curved Ledwall, in general and except in special cases, does not present substantial complications today.
Concretely, a mechanism built into the Led panels is used to mount a curved Ledwall. This can be adjusted at different angles (normally in 3- or 5-degree steps) and secured with the same attachment mechanisms used for flat mounting. Basically, you build the curve by angling the panels, which still remain flat.

Two different mechanisms for angling Led panels

The resulting curve is not perfectly continuous but composed of flat segments of 50 centimeters each. This is normally not a problem because the continuity of the image makes the viewer perceive the curvature as homogeneous. The mechanisms just described are very reliable, do not weaken the mechanics of the panel, and allow a lot of flexibility, so much so that both concave and convex curves can be modulated even in the same screen.
New Solutions
Recently, different and more sophisticated bending solutions have begun to enter the market. Some manufacturers offer Led panels divided internally into segments and thus capable of perfectly continuous curvatures. As seen in the photos, the panel is split into smaller modules vertically, joined together with a hinge system. The visual result is impressive especially when applied at large sizes. At trade shows, setups with perfect curvatures were seen, even forming even very large closed cylinders.

Contraindications
While technically interesting, this solution has some drawbacks. Being divided into segments, the panels have more complex mechanics that are delicate and subject to greater wear and tear. Installation is also a bit more complicated. Their low circulation is due to the fact that they are still regarded as special pieces.
Curved corners
An interesting trend that is catching on more strongly is that of beveled corners, that is, 90-degree corners but not sharp-edged but made with a curved form.

The result is a 90-degree corner, without an edge, which is very elegant and certainly destined to have its place in the most demanding setups. Currently, the types of Ledwalls that offer this option are high-end or high pixel pitch (pitch), thus targeting the more sophisticated end of the market.
